With their so-called Cross-Account Correlation Commission Junction finally allows international advertisers to connect their different affiliate programs. In a pilot program selected advertisers are able to track all transactions from all of their programs no matter which program the affiliate is registered in.
Example: An online bookstore launches a separate affiliate program for every country or site with CJ. Usually an affiliate of the U.S. program would only get credit for transactions on the U.S. bookstore because he used the U.S. tracking code. Now he can only profit from customers purchasing in the UK shop. Everything will be tracked and commissioned.
More information is available at Commission Junction’s website.
